RealPlayer

Note: The quality of your viewing experience depends upon the speed of your Internet connection, also known as bandwidth. If you are using a dial-up connection, we suggest you select a "Low" speed format to ensure smoothly streaming video. If you have a broadband connection (e.g., DSL, cable modem or T1), you might be able to play films in our "High" speed format with increased quality. Another option is the "Real - High/Low" format, which will automatically adjust to the best available quality for your current connection speed.

There are no hard-and-fast rules. Sometimes the Internet gets clogged with traffic, and your connection's speed can vary. Try experimenting with different speeds to see which works best for you.
